You know that in v3 JavaWriter has a file method that specifically just deals with Filer, right? So, I'm obviously in favor of such abstractions. :)

Jesse and I talked about this after our meeting last week and I forgot to write down what was said:
- Kill multiple top-level types in files as agreed upon.
- Hopefully transition to builder pattern per "TACO" (#85) so types can stand completely on their own.
- JavaWriter becomes the single class which coalesces all your types and emits them at once to fulfill this issue.
