I think this works correctly now. MakeDelegate will notice if it's being asked to define System.MulticastDelegate, and if so, create a delegate type that derives from System.Delegate. Are there any bugs that are caused by this hack?

This does work correctly for me and I haven't seen any bugs caused by it either. Closing.
