北京移动源非移动用户用的话目前要手动添加缓冲ip才能用（而且每个频道对应的缓冲ip还不一样，参考隔壁江苏的移动源）
我家有移动网但是其支持ipv6，地址访问返回的缓冲ip是ipv6，非移动用户（即使支持ipv6）这个地址还是用不了
我先放几个我知道的缓冲ip上来，你看看哪些频道能用
