App crashes on window.location.reload or window.location.href='index.html' about cordova-plugin-background-upload

Yeah I have same issue. When the app refreshes after being in the background too long, the object is already initialised and fails to init again and causes a crash.

Okay I have managed to create a fix for this and will be creating a fork.

@mevinDhun, we reload the page when there is an update to our production JS code we want to push. I tested @assertdesignuk's code yesterday and it seemed to fix the problem.
