Many entity related events are also initiated by Entites (e.g EntityChangeBlockEvent, EntityInteractEvent, EntityDropItemEvent).
I think that the javadoc for EntityEvent should be changed to be consistent with its getEntityMethod: an event that involves an entity (the entity could initiate or receive the event).
