We just released version 6.0.0, it includes the fix.

Also having that issue, it worked in the past but now fails. I write that European currency name and it fails.

The problem was fixed in PR #1061 but no version has been released since then.

A quick dirty fix to this looks like this:

Native installation:
Delete forms.py and copy forms.py here from the Github master brunch.

Docker:
Mount forms.py from the Github master brunch and use it to overwrite the existing one:

docker run -d -p 8000:8000 -v /host/path/to/forms.py:/src/ihatemoney/forms.py

Would it be possible to release a version 5.2.1? Since this problem is a big limitation.
