Prototype discord bot that tracks star reactions, akin to pins, but then reposts message on another channel, and tracks the star count for popularity among users. Allows multiple "starboards", and unlike many others, allows for multiple starboards to be on one discord. Currently still testing! Please raise issues as needed.
