parser.js chunk has no method copy about node-spdy

This happened when a client responses to a server push stream, sends a post request using a stream that set the associated stream point to the original stream, and sends a post data entity.

On the server side, we have two req objects, the original one, and the new one as a result of response post req.

the new response request object does not get the post data, however, the original socket got the data, then the exception happened.

issue probably caused by my app intercepted the data package.
Could not re-produce the issue after stopping app intercept packet.
close the issue.
