Thanks @SaraOgaz, I agree that readthedocs are the way to go. I've been very satisfied with using it in the past, and it makes a good product. My only question is, does it conform with the new fedRAMP policies?

IT is aware of DATBs extensive use of it and has not complained, so I'm going to say yes.
