Here is the draft that I have come up with for now. The green boxes represent webpages that will require their own template, and blue boxes represent features of the particular webpage, and red indicates links to external sites.

A related thought (that maybe should be created into an independent issue): we should also think about how to organize the file directory structure for the website. Do we want to split different webpages into different apps, or just house them all under the main project? Right now on the web-app-dev
branch, I'm doing everything inside an app called "plots_example", so that at least will need to change eventually.
