prettier.resolveConfig.sync is not a function about eslint-config-sznm

Hi @RealTriassic , this issue has been acked by me and thank you for noticing through this issue page.

The thing is prettier v3.0 was just released with some breaking changes and some of related eslint prettier plugins are also just updated in near time.

I'm currently considering two approach in the upcoming updates to counter this issue:

1. Release a patch version of eslint-config-sznm v1 and state explicitly it only work with prettier 2.x (by adding peerDeps range)
2. Release a v2 of eslint-config-sznm as it will be a breaking change (require prettier v3 with updated internal config and dependencies being used in eslint-config-sznm)

For now, I suggest you to use prettier v2.x if you plan to use eslint-config-sznm v1 while the update of this package will be worked on.
