Use `exec`.

What would we gain with an exec prefixed? If the code block contained multiple commands then we may not get a clean execution, for example. If needed, could the caller use it explicitly? Like

rvm_shell "do_awesomeness" do
  code  "exec echo foo"
end

That's true. My use cases are usually akin to:

rvm_shell "bundle-install" do
  ruby_string "ruby-1.9.2-p180"
  cwd "/path/to/app"
  code "bundle install --without development test"
end

Maybe it won't work to stick an exec in there all the time. But I'm wondering if there's some way to use exec that doesn't involve sticking exec into the code in each of my rvm_shell resources?
