Some issues:
- POSTing to a Container with a Slug returns a resource that if it clashes returns a name that may not be desired by the client.
- Perhaps one needs an intuitive container where an account is created inside the container with PUT, which creates a resource which either creates the account there, points to the final account, or redirects to it. ( not sure )

Account creation no longer uses JSON instead of JSON-LD.
The general issue has moved to solid/#57-Do we need APIs for account management?. Closing.
