Make cci detail use name and public-ip address about softlayer-python

We discussed this a bit and here's some ideas we came up with.

Having one positional argument that can resolve to the ID. This would take in id, hostname, public_ip, private_ip, etc.

$ sl detail 12
...
$ sl detail db.service
...
$ sl detail 12.34.56
...

Or, instead of having to decide which type of thing they're giving, this is a solution:

$ sl detail 12
...
$ sl detail hostname:db.service
...
$ sl detail public-ip:12.34.56
...

I think there is enough uniqueness to the values that we can glean what value type it is. So maybe a helper function like:

def maybe_int(value):
   try:
       return int(value, 10)
    except:
      return False


def guess_id_type(value):
    if maybe_int():
       return 'int'
