Hello, I had the same issue and specifying a schema where your geospatial functions live solved it for me! It seems that geospatial functions live in public by default. So I now run my custom checks like this:

Note, my tables live in a different schema, not public; I specify it in the config yaml file.

Hi, I did look into this multiple times with no obvious explanation - what I found so far is this:

  • The user you use with Soda must have privileges to use PostGIS functions
  • Postgres can be picky about functions and schemas, this thread could be helpful
