Organize structure of the project about aaqnn

but it doesn't cover the bullets from the requirements of this issue (originally requested from @zvonimir in #1)

It seems to me the project has a lot of dead code and unused scripts, but I guess you put them for a reason there. Maybe we can go through it together? Or you can reorganize structure of the project since you know what you need and what you don't need anymore?

Thanks @martinmatak! I think @rospoly has been super busy wrapping up his internship. So let's do basic clean-up now, and we can do other things once he emerges after the internship.
