The compiler was generating a multi-section fragment bug presented the section "out-of-order" where the section types were in the order that they were added by the compiler back-end. This violated an implicit assumption in the fragment-creation code that the sections would be sorted by type-code. This assumption is now asserted by the fragment code and a sort is done before the fragment is created. (There can only be as many as 64 sections, so this sort shouldn't be expensive.) Since we're generating multi-section fragments, the internal fixup code need to be fully implemented in the compiler and in repo2obj (an assertion added to the latter so that a hard failure will be produced rather than bad output).
Fixed by pstore commit 4c4d959 and llvm-prepo commit ad3dbd9
from llvm-prepo.
