Thanks for reporting this issue. Please include exact logs with the TF_LOG=DEBUG environment variable enabled, so this gives us more context. Additionally, we released v0.92 and we encourage you to upgrade to this version.

May I ask, which terraform CLI version you are using ? I suspect this is an issue caused by old Terraform CLI. Some of its internal behavior changed over time. The upgrade to at least 1.1.5 should do the job. The errors seem to be the same as in the issue described in our commonly known issues.
