You can change it while in table view and not a spectator:

but you're right, there are a few issues:

• it should be available while spectating
• there should be a way to set while viewing players grouped as teams, not just table
• it should indicate that 100 bonus is the max, due to engine limitation
• chat commands are something I want to do anyway, especially for in-game controls

All editable columns in "table" display type should be options in context menu, when in "group" display type at least.
