No gui tool, since it would be risky if it was a permanent delete. If it was just a visual delete more like an "archive" action then maybe, but then it wouldn't clean up disk space, which might be what some people want.

What's the risk of deleting permanently a battle replay? Same as SpringLobby does.
And same about downloaded maps, games and engines than aren't part of SkyLobby software but similar to "plugins".

I currently have 451 replays stored since I use Skylobby.
How do I clean them from the GUI?
from skylobby.
You don't, you delete them from the file manager on your system.

Could it be possible to make easy to open file manager with already selected files from selected replays? Same as M.Firefox do when user clicks "Open Containing Folder" on downloads list.
from skylobby.
This should already happen when you click the folder icon for a replay

Not working for me on Gnome desktop environment. No visual reaction.
Console says:
2022-03-20T18:18:06.732Z system INFO [spring-lobby:3396] - No way to browse dir /home/user/.spring/demos/20220320_170816_Techno Lands Final 10_105.sdfz

I see, there is a problem with file browse in Linux. I've tried to fix in #266 so it should be fixed in 0.8.6, please try again after that version builds in a few minutes.

v0.8.6 fixes the lack of opening file manager but: It only opens folder without any files selection. With that huge amount of files, it's difficult to know which ones to remove related to 1 replay.
Most file managers allow specifying files to be selected, and this makes easier to user. Same as M.Firefox achieves when user clicks "Open Containing Folder" on downloads list.

You may need to specify your file manager as described here https://stackoverflow.com/a/11693181

This is the well-known MIME type for this: inode/directory
I see no behaviour change by setting x-directory/normal
MIME.

I've switched to use dbus-send
on Linux for browsing files, so this should highlight the file opened in https://github.com/skynet-gh/skylobby/releases/tag/0.8.8

Nice. Thank you.
You are really near to directly remove files without user needing to browse them.
