Delete a pilot about skylines

Could you be a bit more specific, what exactly do you want to delete and in
what situation?

Use cases:
Duplicated pilots in the db.
A pilot stops flying.

Okay, I think there are two concepts here:

1. Delete your own account: That is something that we should support in some way
2. Delete accounts that you've created for others: I've never been a friend of the whole concept of creating password-less accounts for others. In the current version of SkyLines you can just use the Name of your co-pilot without having to create an account and in the long term I would like to remove the club member account creation feature. Due to that I don't think that deleting empty accounts that you've created for others is a high priority.
