bug in Atchisson Assault AA-12 about hardcore-sk

Should bump up the range then. Since this one is based on a real life weapon by the same name, it says the AA-12 is good from 100-200m. I'd say that would be safe to bump up it's range above 16 then. Will do. I'll play with the accuracy a bit too, see how it is. Few things I need to do first though. Will comment again once I've tried it.

I fixed the AA-12 (but have not pushed the fix yet). I increased the CAWS short range accuracy but note that it is not meant to be a long range weapon.

probably guns price also should be changed. as for me price of 1st one should equal or great than 2nd one ...
