Helm chart? about skooner

I really like this idea as I know a lot of people use helm. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with helm (and no way to test a chart if I made one). If anyone could put together a chart, I'd be happy to approve a PR :)

@botzill a helm chart was just added by #8 (thanks to @IvanKirianov). Will you give it a try and let me know how it goes?

The best source of inspiration is: https://github.com/helm/charts/tree/master/stable/kubernetes-dashboard. This is a complete guide including creating a service account and role binding as we as ingress. The current implementation is good but limited. A helm chart should include all it needs to run the dashboard.

@botzill I've added the support for the ingress controller per your suggestion and merged it into the dev branch. However, I do not currently have a cluster running Helm :(. Any chance you'd mind giving it a test drive when you've got a sec?
