@z-aslani I found a solution. Additionally to the rights in its own namespace you need to grant your service account the right to view the namespaces clusterwide. Then you can access the pods in its own namespace via the dashboard "namespaces" or "workloads" (where you have to select the own namespace in the drop down menu).
