Logs are repeated about skooner

Thanks for reporting this @botzill. I made some progress on this last evening and found the root issue. Hopefully a fix will be coming in the next couple of days.

Hey @botzill. I also did some work on this one. There are still some cases where it's less than ideal, but it shouldn't duplicate the logs any more. This is also in the changes that I pushed to the :dev label. Would you mind seeing if it resolves your issue? I'd like to push these changes to master later this week if everything checks out.

Will check duplicate logs, for now seems to work ok.

Thanks for the update. I've deployed these changes to the master branch (and the :latest docker hub tag). Please let me know if you run into any further issues.
