Examples attempts to instantiate QueryContext about brackit

The examples definitely need to be updated - in this case, you need to use BrackitQueryContext I think.

I managed to get it to compile, but it doesn't output anything to the screen. I suspect it has something to do with the finagling I did here.
I wasn't very sure how to use

PrintWriter()

with

SubtreePrinter()

Just tried running the examples. I used:

javac -cp target/brackit-0.1.11-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar src/examples/java/org/brackit/examples/Simple.java

and it doesn't print anything to the screen

this one does :-) (without the c) you're only compiling
