Errors to body:before about gulp-ruby-sass

There's no command-line option for that, so not possible directly in a gulpfile, but you could put this http://sass-lang.com/documentation/file.SASS_REFERENCE.html#full_exception-option in a config.rb file i think.

Currently the plugin does pass erroring sass files through, so you can see
the errors in the browser.
