Firstly i found that output font size can be adjusted with ctrl+mouse wheel :) and it fix problem for me.
Secondly i found that output is look good with standard windows fonts and standard Fixedsys 10 too, but if default font is set to fixedsysexcelsior.com modified Fixedsys with 12 size output is ugly without manual adjustment.

Did you try adjusting the font size for the Output scheme in the options dialog? That should set it as the default for you.

Output scheme is news to me. Thanks for this tip. Anyway, i think that this is illogical behaviour when output scheme inherit default font face but not default font size.
