Crashing in combat about coab

Fixed the bottom and right sides of the screen aim problem.

I didn't get it to crash by pressing escape during combat, however I did notice 
that
it allows you to cancel movement, as long as combat has not happened.

Didn't find any other random crashes. But will keep this issue open and watch 
out for it.

ESC does cancel movement on purpose. I do not know the exact way it works, but 
if you
have e.g. 2 attacks per round you can do the following:
- move west and down a foe with one hit
- press esc
- move east and hit another foe with the remaining attack.
IIRC it can be abused even more, with AIMING instead of attacking, but maybe 
only in POD:
- run forward to see rakshasa behind corner
- kill it with a blessed bolt
- press esc
- repeat until your attack fails, you run out of ammo, or all rakshasi are dead 
;)

So pressing ESC is a good thing and not a bug. (well, if you are a rules 
lawyer, you
can call it an exploit)

Assuming this issue is fixed. 

If there are any combat crashes with 1.1.0+ please post the logs to new issues.
