Hi, friend. I faced the same issue. After a long time, I found the necessary file in one of the notebooks on Google Collab

I will also describe all the steps that I took to launch the solution:

1. Comment out this line in new_image_demo.py
2. In folder yolo/weights contains the script download_weights.sh. You need to execute commands from there, this will help download files darknet53.conv.74, yolov3.weights, yolov3-tiny.weights
3. Download the file yolov3-modanet_last.weights from the link I left above and paste it into the folder yolo/weights
4. • If you are working in Google Colab then comment out this line and this line
5. Run file new_image_demo.py
