Didn't expect someone to run the code so soon. The module tries to load a model that is not published publicly yet. Attached you will find a minified model that should get you started. It contains all of the full models data but with a reduced parameter space and with training data removed. Unzip it and put it in data/2023-02-21-mini-16-model-reduced.pickle in your working directory and it should work. In your specific case it looks like you would put it here: C:\Users\rcxsm\Documents\python_scripts\cost-of-living-main\data\2023-02-21-mini-16-model-reduced.pickle.

Edit -- adding the models summary sheet as that one might be unavailable in the minified version. The model was trained on 1301 samples/listings from various real estate agencies.
