confusing text in "Setup account" dialog about flock

To make sure we're talking about the same dialog, given this issue is a bit old at this point, I've attached a screenshot.

Is the issue with the wording or with the flow of prompts and dialogs?

If the issue is with the wording, the common wording I often see is "Register" or "Sign Up" or "Create Account" and "Sign In". Referencing "me" is informal and could be slightly confusing, especially when translating to other languages. One reasonable option would be: "No, Register", "No, Sign Up", or "No, Create Account" and "Yes, Sign In". Another reasonable option would be dropping the "No" and "Yes" to have "Register", "Sign Up", or "Create Account" and "Sign In".

If the issue is with the flow of the prompts and dialogs, the dialog box does seem a little surprising as the rest of the prompts are full screen activities and the dialog box text, "Do you have a flock account?" isn't adding significant value as that would be easily and often is implied by the button labels, such as Register or Sign In. One solution might be to add two more radio boxes that appear under Flock Sync, when it is selected, which say "Create Account", "Register", or "Sign Up" and "Sign In" or "Sign In to Existing Account". Adding radio boxes would remove the need to have the "Setup account" dialog box.
