Currently adding support to this is pretty straightforward.
The only problem is that it might conflict with the new option of custom input_prompt since custom prompt is static while this feature is dynamic.
One solution would be to accept some simple scripting language, that allows a user function to be invoked on the prompt on each evaluation step.

Scripting was added in version 1.5.0, see https://github.com/sigmaSd/IRust#scripts
The example provided handle this exact feature.
