_getRawKeypoints() returns keypoints coordinates in reverse order about simplecv

I should get a chance to look at this today. If the points are coming that
way from the native opencv calls they will stay that way for compliance.

I looked into this. We will not change the raw keypoint indicies in the raw keypoints as that is how they come from the native OpenCV calls and we would like to make we have compatibility with OpenCV. If you wish to get the correct values use the Keypoint Feature member variables x and y.
