Confirming this problem for hover details. @spucci thanks for finding a quick solution.

Seconding that this is a problem. Changing my minimum to undefined in graph options corrected the behavior, but the minimum is not being automatically set properly when it should be below 0. The proposed solution does not work for my case with a max of 1 and min of -0.2. What DOES work, however, is changing the variable definition for domainMouseY on line 89 to add graph.min at the end:

var domainMouseY = graph.y.magnitude.invert(graph.element.offsetHeight - eventY) + graph.min

EDIT: This corrects inaccurate hover detection (adjusted by the negative value) but does not correct hover details for negative mouse domain. spucci's solution in combination with my own solves both. Cheers.

To also cover the the case you've set graph.min to 'auto', you need to replace graph.min (in both fixes above) with:

var graph_min = graph.renderer.domain().y[0];

Cheers!

I likewise had these issues. Is this stuff getting merged into master somehow? Seems like a non-trivial amount of charts would want to go below 0?

Thanks -- we're looking better here these days.
