An option to add indent after @case about blade-formatter

@shufo Thanks to fix this issue, but I found another problem.
It seems like @default statement breaks indents.
Should I open new issue?

Expected

@switch($i)
    @case(1)
        @switch($j)
            @case(1)
                First case...
            @break
            @case(2)
                Second case...

            @default

        @endswitch
    @break

@endswitch

Actual

This behaviour is now fixed in https://github.com/shufo/blade-formatter/releases/tag/v1.11.3.

@switch($i)

will be formatted into

    @case(1)
        First case...
    @break
    @case(2)

Thanks for reporting the example.
It seems nested switch statement causes this behaviour.
Reopend this issue.
