Jest tests fail when using Hydrogen components about hydrogen-v1

Since Hydrogen provides ESM exports rather than CJS, it looks like Jest is having trouble parsing those since it expects CJS from node_modules.

We'll likely end up using a smarter method of Hydrogen exports e.g. Shopify/hydrogen-archive#437 but until then, could you try ignoring @shopify/hydrogen in your list of Jest transformIgnorePatterns? https://stackoverflow.com/a/60730519
