Errors when you have a TV package without recording about lghorizon

Hi Robert, thanks for submitting this issue. Could you provide me with some information from your browser if you login to the providers website where you can watch TV. (For ziggo its ziggogo.tv )

I need the results of the personalisation call. You can retrieve it using F12 (developer tools => network)
Looking for the info under: /eng/web/personalization-service/v1/customer/{your_id}?with=profiles%2Cdevices
Please check for information you don't want to expose end redact it! I Hop i can find the needed info there.

@Sholofly Can't find it. Does it only appear on a certain page? I've checked at the homepage and Saved > Recording but no luck.
Or can you show a screenshot where to look?
