This is not actually a bug per se as this is due to differences in how releases bundle there header files. So the projects provided here looks for vpx headers in a "vpx" folder not "libvpx". Ans since xvid is only a single header file it is not normally installed in its own subfolder. This is due to the project using the installation paths that a project specifies in it linux makefiles which on occasion can differ for what some of those projects use on windows.
So this is how the releases and projects provided in the ShiftMediaProject repos bundle the headers so you only get issues if you mix the project with releases from other sources
from ffmpeg.
