这个你只能监听NestedScrollView滑动到底部的事件了。然后把结果反馈给BaseAdapter,简单点说就是让BaseAdapter仅仅起到一个展示作用。isLoading参数外放，让NestedScrollView的监听事件处理然后传给BaseAdapter。再不行就换个架构试试，不过想问一句为啥NestedScrollView要嵌套RecyclerView使用。可以吧RecyclerView之外的布局添加到HeaderView里面，再或者使用CoordinateLayout控件也是可以的。
