Same here, trying to provision learning pathways from https://lookbook.microsoft.com/details/3df8bd55-b872-4c9d-88e3-6b2f05344239 as documented here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/customlearning/custom_provision and just get a site not found

There are no plans to bring it back online and further announcements will be made soon.
We currently have the following alternative solutions available:
Adoption Site for Designs : Explore our adoption site to discover out of box site designs, which closely match Lookbook templates. Apply them directly from the SharePoint UX .
PnP PowerShell for Original Templates : If you prefer the original Lookbook templates, follow the PnP PowerShell-based approach.
