RESOLVED...
The output on the console was as follows
Connecting to PowerPoint...connected
Connecting to OBS...connected
Moved to Slide Number 1
Switching to OBS Scene named "Scene1"
But that's where PowerPoint got stuck.
After some playing around I fixed my problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the OBS-WebSocket
I am now running Version 4.8, before it was an older version.
Maybe a "positive development" opportunity to add some fault checking in the ConsoleApp as a preflight to ensure the user is running the current versions. And some error code when connecting to PPT or OBS if it fails.
That said this is a really cool utility and makes life so much easier with slide/scene switching.
