Hi George,
I have verified that it works fine.
Are you following the instructions @ https://github.com/google/edash-packager? Can you describe your steps and the error message displayed?
Also, what is the version of gclient and ninja on your system?

Hi,
Yes, we were following the instructions. It seems like we have old Git and Subversion on our Centos. Finally we compiled it on Ubuntu. Binares also work on Centos so the problem is solved.
