Completed and live. Pull requests that are closed without merging will have all points that were originally granted for that pull request rescinded (changed to zero in our database). This is to prevent abuse and duplication of users closing their own pull requests to open new ones.
As a reminder, you don't have to close a pull request if an approver asks for further work, you can keep it open and add additional commits to active pull requests!
Repository points have also been adjusted to bring past dupe points to zero. Users affected = 13.
