Can't use getSession in root about remix-auth

For people that might stumble upon this thread in the future. There is a race condition due to a cyclic dependency between ~/services/auth.server and ~/services/session.server.

Moving the requireUser function from session to auth solves the problem.

@sergiodxa I would suggest making a note in the docs or adding an explicit error message about "auth needs sessionStorage and the file defining sessionStorage needs auth" because the error that occurs is not clear.
