Dynamodbv2 does not support the JSON document type about awscala

@le-doude It turns out that this is quite non-trivial to implement. The document API exposes a separate dynamodb client object, and the contracts for all the common CRUD opts are slightly different. It requires a lot more boilerplate wrapper classes, in most cases simply extending and wrapping options, but it is feasible. The functions within this package prove to be especially useful.

I had a first pass just supporting regular scala Map types in #78 but never got around to going to full way into JSON support. I actually had look at resurrecting this code this week and might be able to pull something together soon.
