Can't connect via SSH about sequel-ace

Gave it one last go. Deleted and re-installed from the app store and it seems to be okay now.

Have you tried setting the database server address to localhost? Is the database on the same server that you are SHH-ing to?

Looks like maybe a known hosts issue?

Need a lot more detail than this to debug. Did it work before and stop working? Is it just this one host?
Maybe try clearing out Sequel Ace's known_hosts_strict file (see the error log)

Confirmed ssh connections work in general (cannot reproduce)

It's happening on all SSH connections that have previously worked. I can connect to them all through Terminal, Cyberduck and BBEdit with no problem. I found Beekeper Studio as an alternative GUI database app and that connected okay.

Attached a log from a different host that I can connect to fine everywhere else.

Did you try the suggestion about taking a look at the Sequel Ace known hosts file? This sounds like maybe your host keys changed for these servers and Ace is blocking access because of this

I can't find the com.sequel-ace.sequel-ace folder in the library, it just isn't there.

I'd try searching for it in the Containers directory. It definitely comes up for me

For me, it shows up in the Containers folder as just "Sequel Ace" rather than "com.sequel-ace.sequel-ace":

Thanks, managed to find it eventually, I had just been following the path in the log. Unfortunately, clearing that out has not made any difference.

For what it's worth, I've changed the preferences to explicitly use my default ssh config and known hosts and I'm now getting the issues as attached.

Will give up for now as I've found other apps that work, even if they're not as user-friendly.
