Unable to reproduce it.
So do you mean if you shadow a client setup UNDER a reseller. When you shadow it using ADMIN account and end shodowing you end up in reseller account instead of admin?
Thanks to confirm and explain more so we can troubleshoot this.

Confirmed.
Admin>reseller>user works.
user>reseller>admin broken (Stops at reseller, can not get back to admin)
