native$ no longer passes `release` function about seneca-postgres-store

Actually, updating to pg@latest isn't really required; client.end is available on the currently pinned version.
I think we just need a docs update for using native$ in the readme, instead of "call release", say "call client.end"

Actually, don't call client.end - this will result in timeouts on subsequent connections. I'm going to see if I can't put together PR to get this working, maybe by passing release through the meta parameter.

Turns out meta is completely controlled by seneca, so you can't pass in arbitrary extra objects to it... I've fixed this by passing along the release function with the client. This works but still feels kind of dirty.... can't think of another way to solve it.
