So you already opened the exact same issue in semantic-release/changelog#38. Why that? Opening multiple identical issues is not going to get you an answer faster, just create an unwelcome and unpleasant pressure on the maintainer team.
Instead of opening multiple identical issues, I invite you to read out contributing guideline that specifies:
The issue tracker is the channel for bug reports, features requests and submitting pull requests only. Please use the Support and Get help sections for support, troubleshooting and questions.
Before opening an issue or a Pull Request, please use the GitHub issue search to make sure the bug or feature request hasn't been already reported or fixed.

First I open the issue in changelog after a couple hour of searching I just realize that changelog actually generated from this project, so I open on this instead BUT I forgot to close in another repo.
Sorry that I annoy you and open multiple issue, I didn't mean want to get any response quicker.
